1、If you apply for membership, That meas you agree to abide by the relevant regulations and rules of use of the Bedom Club membership card.

2、Applicants must be at least 16 years old. Citizens who have never signed up for Bedom Club membership or whose membership has been deactivated are qualified for application. Owners who have signed a contract with Bedom can enjoy the Gold Card membership benefits after completing the registration on the official WeChat platform of Bedom.

3、Once sold, the membership card cannot be returned or transferred. Member benefits are only for the member's own use.

4、Bedom Club members shall not offer their member benefits (including but not limited to: discounts, gifts, special offers) to other subjects (including but not limited to: individuals, companies, enterprises, units) by any means (including but not limited to: sales, agent booking) for the purpose of making profits; otherwise, Bedom has the right to immediately restrict corresponding member benefits (including but not limited to: suspension of member benefits, termination of member benefits, cancellation of membership) and reserves the right to pursue legal liability.

5、If a Bedom Club member accommodates in any Bedom Apartment/Hotel with their own membership card at the membership price, s/he will earn member’s points according to the point accumulation proportion based on his/her membership level. Member’s points can only be accumulated through room rate.

6、The member system will issue points according to the real name information of the person who stays in the hotel. The members need to improve the member information before they can accumulate. The newly registered members must fill in the real name and birthday. The registered members can enter the member center to view the changes, otherwise they will not be able to accumulate points.

7、Member's points will be given on the second working day after check-out and can be searched online. The points are valid until December 31 of the year. The points not exchanged after the expiration date will be automatically cleared with corresponding member’s rights deemed to be waived. If the total points are less than 2,000 at the end of the year, it can be extended to the next calendar year. The maximum retention time of points is 2 years.

8、Members can deposit through the “Membership” key on the public WeChat account of Bedom Group. The deposit can be used for consumption in all Bedom apartments and hotels.

9、In registration, your name, effective ID number, phone number and email address are required to ensure that you will enjoy the quality service of Bedom Apartment. When your contact information is changed or when your membership card is lost, please contact us for information update or loss report.

10、Bedom Group promises not to disclose your personal information to any third party without your permission (except for legal procedures).

11、Bedom Group will send you relevant information of activities or special offers by means of WeChat messages, SMS, e-mails, etc.

12、11. If a member objects to any of the terms of service, disagrees with subsequent changes to the terms or is dissatisfied with the service, s/he has the following rights of recourse:

a.Terminating membership service of the Bedom Club

b.Terminating membership and the qualification as a Bedom Club member

c.Informing the Bedom Group to stop his/her membership service through the 400 hotline; after the member service is terminated, his/her membership service right will be terminated immediately. Since then, the Bedom Group no longer assumes any obligations to the member.

To restore membership service after the service is terminated, s/he can apply to restore the membership level before service termination for free. If needed, s/he can obtain higher levels of membership than that before service termination in ways specified in the membership regulations of the Bedom Club.
